The Upper Valley is once again nearing the harvest time for cotton. The blooms that we showed you in UpperValleyLiving have now yielded bolls that are just ready to burst with the wonderfully white fibers that we all depend upon.

Soon the giant machines will be racing through the valley like aliens in some sci-fi movie and they will enter fields that are all white and leave them barren with only stubble.
