With all the fanfare of two states; the War Eagles Air Museum was the site of the dedication of the "American Advances in Aviation" set of stamps.

El Paso Mayor John Cook along with dignitaries from the U.S. Post Office, the El Paso Interntational Airport were present at the dedication.
