Road Work Near Fire Station.
Access to Doniphan for the fire fighters at Fire Station #2 in the Upper Valley has been temporarily blocked due to road work along Arce Road running to East Borderland Road.
Fire Chief Rivera and other Fire Department officials were contacted and asked what measures have been taken to insure quick access to the Upper Valley across the Rio Grande; but they did not return our calls.
