Rush Hour Fender Bender.
A late model Toyota rear-ended a late model Mazda. Both vehicles had passengers and none of they required medical assistance.
Traffic levels are on the increase on area roads which head to the Upper Valley. In the first quarter of 2005, the rate of increase in traffic accidents was up by, on some intersections, 300 %.
When CISD officials were asked specifics about the delay; Beacon staff were informed that they needed to fill out a "Open Records" request.
