Dos Seņoritas Closes Doors Soon After Opening.
Dos Seņoritas restaurant was the first effort to resurrect the old Griggs restaurant on Doniphan Drive without the Griggs family name associated with it. But it didn't last long.
Shortly after the "Grand Opening" the doors were closed and few Upper Valley residents had an opportunity to taste the new fare. Richard Ochoa, 67, had just eaten a meal and said that the food was great... "just like in the past" when the Griggs family owned and operated the restaurant.
One is left to wonder if the Upper Valley is losing its abiltiy to keep fine restaurant establishments such as the Griggs of old.
