Anapara Make-Over: Goes from Clean to Color.
Anapara teens and residents joined in a community
effort to beautify their "pueblo".
Taylor Moore, volunteer at the La Casita Community
Center organized a town clean up and then they decided that after the town was cleared of litter and trash... it was time for a town make-over.
The needed paint was donated by the Camino Real Environmental Inc. which runs the area landfill. They had also donated the dumpsters and dumping fees for the clean up.
Some spruced up their homes and some added paint in the formof murals. Anapara is a whole lot more colorful now. Even the levee got a
face lift.
