A beautiful afternoon was tarnished by someone alledgedly dumping in the drainage canal that runs along Upper Valley Road.

The license number is clear when the images are blown up to their full size.

This occurred on Sunday October 2, 2005 and has not been shown to allow law enforcement personnel to respond to the evidence. The investigation is ongoing and more will be forthcoming.
