Red Chile Ristras Now Ready.

Besides the great flavors that chile add to our gastonomical canvas each and every day, the great colors that they provide is an added bonus.

From the green chile turning red in the field to the deep red chiles picked just for the holiday... winter season. When everyone is resting up from a long hard year the chiles will add fragrance, flavors and color to our homes. As the winter comes and places a cold grip upon our lifestyles... well, only a bit here in the Southwest... the chile ristra will also take a turn in color to a deep burgandy.

The Ganoa family has been making ristras for over 20 years and selling them in the Upper Valley for almost as long. You can find the family members parked most days at the Crossroads shopping area near Hudson's and also infront of Casa Jurado restaurant.

Keep the tradition alive. Buy Ganoa! And enjoy the colors of the season.

Pass it on. Tell them UpperValleyToday.com sent you.
