Memorial Day is for Remembering.

I want to thank you for your focus on the real meaning of Memorial Day. We should not take it nor our liberty for granted.

I also know that the kids today need to get outside but our schools should teach more about the value of those Ameicans, especially our Armed Forces, who have offered and paid the ultimate sacrifice.

People forget that Gallegos Memorial Park in the Upper Valley is a shrine to our regions fallen heros. Contact your Congressman and city/county offials and help promote a ceremony to be held their next year.
