Drew Norris picked up his golf clubs after football and baseball seasons were over... and then he earned a spot at the State Golf Championship where he showed some real raw talent and focus.

Most people have heard of this gifted athtete during football and baseball season. Now Drew Norris, a senior at Canutillo High School, has taken his game up a notch by reaching the Class 4A UIL State Golf Championships in Austin. Norris did not place in the top three after having one bad round.

Norris finished third in the medalist standings at the Region 1-4A tournament to launch him into the state tourney. Norris has qualified for the regional tournament four years in a row.
