Westside Gas Prices Heading toward $3.00.

It won't be long that prices for a gallon of gas will hit $3.00. The price dropped some before the elections in the fall of 2006 and you knew that they would go up again after the elections but gas prices are going through the roof.

Westsiders will be paying more than Eastsiders or Northeastsiders. Why? The market will bear it. Every time people find out that gas is cheaper on the other side of town... they wait to fill up when they are over there.

Area retailers say that they must price the gas according to what management wants them to set it. But the Westside gouging is just unfair because there are many retailers that have low-rent locations.
