Franklin Girls Play Tough in Win.
The Franklin Lady Cougars fought and scratched their way to a close 57-55 victory over the Lady Aztecs from El Dorado High School.
Franklin avenged an earlier loss to El Dorado which was their first of several losses after a victorious travel campaign to Lubbuck TX over the Christmas break.
The Lady Cougars were up early but the Lady Aztecs fought back. Franklin did not allow this one to get a way. The Lady Cougars played some tough defense and made the shots when they needed them.
