Winter Coats Flaunted by Valley Horses.
A cold winter has brought out the heavy coats by some of our more outdoorsy valley residents. This hearty soul was only too willing to get out and do the catwalk for us.
With all of the development and poor planning by the City of El Paso, there are fewer and fewer people able to ride in the Upper Valley.
