Westside El Paso Gets Some White Stuff.
As they say in summer... it's a dry heat... well it has been cold in the area... but dry. No White Christmas this year.
But there was some partial snow covering on January 2nd. The Franklins did get some snow and so did the Coronado foothills... but not in the valley.
While the valley gets the coldest temperature due to its low elevation it rarely gets snow for the same reason. That last real snow in the valley was December 23rd 2004.
