El Paso Symphony Youth Orchestras Perform Season Finale.
The EPSYOs performed its inaugural season finale at the Abraham Chavez Theatre on December 21st.
The progression and skill level evolution was evident. This is a diamond in the rough and the community... all the community - West Texas, Southern New Mexico and Northern Chihuahua, Mexico... needs to take a look and support this great youth program.
The EPYO will perform an in tandem Side-by-Side Concert with the El Paso Symphony Orchestra. The two performances are on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24 at the revitalized Plaza Theatre.
During the evenings performances the EPYO will join the El Paso Symphony Orchestra in a Side-by-Side Concert of Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story. Under the baton of Benjamin Loeb, the concerts will also feature winners of the EPSYOs' first concerto competition which is already auditioning its semi-finalists.
Not only will this concert make history... but it will be a great musical moment.
