Pierce has Little Problem Winning Re-Election.
U.S.Congressman Steven Pierce won handily having to only go to the positive "my Dad made me who I am today" campaign ads. This should tell anyone what color the stripes run in the 2nd District of New Mexico which covers Southern New Mexico.
Pierce made a stop over in the Anthony area again this year but his seat in Congress was never in doubt.
Pierce took over in 2000 for retiring Representative Joe Skeen (R).
