Eagles Soar over Warriors at Homecoming.
The Canutillo Eagles flexed their muscles against valley basement dweller Santa Teresa. The Warriors were no match for the new stadium, the homecoming spirit and the Eagles needing a win to get them going.
Canutillo used the running of Brandon Reid and the passing of Tim Vasquez to go supersonic. Vasquez was effective on the run as well as he spins from a defender (Photo; below).
The Eagle defense also put the stop to the Warrior's ending the glow of a win over El Paso's Bowie High School last week.
