West Nile Virus: It Just Takes One Bite... One Pothole?

I think the entire City of El Paso has been totally lacking, not just the health department. The roads are "repaired" very poorly and there are still large holes in many of the main roads. Look at Charl Ann.

This city has been totally incompetent and when I hear the city manager talking about the quality of life being important enough to raise taxes I wonder what quality of life she's referring to. Guess people getting bitten by mosquitoes and ruining their tires going down non-repaired roads every day aren't a concern to this administration. The only reason they are doing some repairs is because they want the FEMA money.

I know many people have complained on a frequent basis about the road problems and the city doesn't respond. Thank you for the good article. I passed it on.
