La Union Holds Annual Fall Bazaar.

The La Union, New Mexico bazaar entertained the local valley residents and raised funds for the Lady of the Refuge Catholic Church in La Union.

The event got under way after church services and the kids and families came and went throughout the day.

What the autumn season lacks is green, but, this young riverboat gambler was making up for it with some cool green hair. If you ever wanted to know what a poker face was like... this kid had it. By the way, that is not a cigarette in his mouth... it just looks the part. Jason and his friend Fernie were tossing rings in hopes of cashing in on some "big money".

There were more carnival games than you could shake a stick at... some with their origin in Mexico and some from the States. The kids had a ball and there was dancing to music and a DJ after dark.
